I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING WITH MY STRESS

My wanderings in meditation began as a New Year's resolution to acquire
healthy habits. I shuffled several activities but my time was limited: 
I thought yoga, tai chi , even I think to join a triathlon club ... but 
finally moved by the "law of least effort " I chose to meditate. Also in 
the center I saw on google  I sensed that perhaps they would do yoga too. But no. 
I went there and  a Buddhist monk opened the door  ... my mom! -I thought- 
but immediately I said Does not matter!. I want peace and  I stayed there.
I am going to achieve it.
